MUSIC AT THE INTERSECTION

We invest in nonprofits that work to permanently change the way music is embedded in our schools, health care system and communities. Science backs up what we all know in our hearts – that music has the power to heal.

We partner with organizations that see the big picture, whose work will be sustained and grow beyond our initial awards. We invest in nonprofits working to shift systems and deepen people’s connections to music.

INCLUSION

We partner with diverse communities and honor diverse perspectives and experiences. We seek to partner with organizations that demonstrate intentionality in their diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and genuine alignment between values and practices.

We think big and deploy in highly focused ways that optimize our investment. By uplifting research, practice and advocacy, we promote the advancement of music as a way to enhance and enrich the human experience.

We embrace and support the possibilities of music to ensure people lead better lives and have a strong sense of well-being. We amplify the work of organizations that have unlocked music’s potential to improve quality of life.

Our work reflects an ongoing commitment to the organizations and communities we support. We work alongside. We connect the dots between what is and what could be. We harmonize.
